International Shipping
Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders will be given top priority. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification.

  • Once we ship your items, we will send you the tracking method by Email.
  • We do not ship on weekends or US holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
  • We do not ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
  • We only provide free shipping above 200 USD domestic delivery.

 

RETUEN/EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Return/Exchange
Returns/Exchange will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the original date delivered to the shipping address. Returned items must not have been worn, altered, or washed; in fully salable condition and with all tickets and packaging (designer ticket/card, dust bag and any other labels or tags attached to the original merchandise.) Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Intimate apparel and swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

You may request a Return/Exchange directly from your account and just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed Return/Exchange form in an appropriate shipping package, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves, such us damage or lost.
  • All the items with our warehouse sale discount are final sales which can not be exchanged or returned.
  • We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

Store Credit and Refund
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

OR: You may choose to receive store credit in the amount of the item's last sale price with one-time-use discount coupon for next purchase. Store credit can be used by customers to pay for future purchases.
